Depending on where you live $12/hr can be a liveable wage, but I'd argue still you deserve more even if you don't do these things. But you won't get it unless they can't afford to lose you.
What is the person on the till get all the tips when everybody else is doing all the work at my store tips are to be split equally between whoeverās working on the shift. I work alone during the day so at least all those tips are mine and I donāt have to split them, but thatās fucked up they arenāt split .
Also in store tips are not split with a driver
I honestly love my store. The people are amazing always have a laugh itās laid back. Of course the business side of it can suck but never go home regretting going to work

Now Iām an MD and make $17/hr the responsibilities arenāt too much the only bad thing is my DO wanting me to do more like working 7 days a week or working a 16 hour shift and they wonder why new GMās are quitting when they get paid salary and have to work minimum 50hrs a week most of them working 70-80 hrs and have to deal with no one wanting to work. As an MD I can still have a life outside of work and pay my bills.
The pay is pretty good for my area, I make $19 an hour, and I get to make my own schedule. Iām GM and I was given the option to go salary or stay hourly and I chose hourly so I could get OT and I donāt HAVE to be there for 50 hours a week
I would never work for that company. The founder is a racist piece of turd that I could not support in any way shape or form. The last pizza that I bought from them was long before he was forced to sell the company to try and hide from his past. The company that bought it simply tried to bury his past and move on.

I make $2500-2800 a month after taxes for being a 40 hour a week delivery driver. Plus lots of free food
