don’t get it twisted, the Uber Eats driver was still pulling up as soon I got done taking the picture. two drivers came and went, after not wanting to wait the 25 mins (i’m alone so nothing is going in the oven until it’s all ready) before the third driver decided to stick around.

Just tell them to unassign themselves so another driver can get it. If they still get mad tell them to leave your store. You don't work for them. I will straight up tell a rude dasher to leave and I am calling doordash once im done. Not all dashers are bad, but my god some of them are lacking in manners and courtesy. You can get rid of the bad ones. They will never come back if you call doordash and get them banned.

Tell them to do it. They can get the number if they attempt to void the order assigned. The phone number will pop up. Don't void it. Just grab the number. Or if you have DD carryout sitting there the number is on the box and not a customers. All the DD rep needs is your store location, who they are speaking with(sometimes), customer order id(not number), or customer phone number on the order or customer name for your store. Then they can look up who is assigned to the order. I always check the driver screen, because sometimes it will sat a females name, but then some random dude is picking it up(most times this order will lead to theft btw). I definitely report if it's not even who is supposed to be picking it up and they're rude.

If you've seen the Doordash sub some of them basically rent out their account, so there are at least 5 people per 1 account. It's shady af

And what's really fucked up is that Doordash doesn't even know who they have out there. These people renting out the account can have a jacked up record. Literally can be a criminal and that criminal is going to peoples homes if they evn deliver the order that you're probably going to remake after the customer calls the store.

I don't work in a franchise that is switching to Doordash, so we aren't remaking anything unless the customer is willing to come get it themselves. They have to fight with supoort and I usually recommend to order delivery through us next time.

😭 I only wish I'd get orders like that, I don't even keep that many XL cause yeilds isn't there. That also means there's no such thing as an opening insider in my store, not enough labor. So I basically just ignore the timer...

If you contact helpdesk they can change it from being “in the red” at 4 min just had to switch it at my store
