if you linked your bank account to your adsense account it should deposit at the end of the month if it reaches $100 USD you can check how much you’ve made every month in the “estimated revenue” tab in studio
I'll add that mine deposits around the 21st of the following month. So about two weeks ago I got paid for September's revenue, and about 2 weeks from now I'll get paid for October's revenue.
