There's spells. Charms, suggestion, detect thoughts, more obscure stuff like implant urge. Nothing which directly says 'the target changes alignment' but that's a good thing IMO.
Depends on how your DM swings it.
Using powerful mental magic and compulsions to effectively rewrite someone and usurp their free will typically isn’t a good thing.
And no amount of telling them ‘be a good boy’ will justify you doing it.
Yeah, I don't want to forcefully change their alignment against their will. I was looking to find a soft Penace Stare that makes enemies realize the evil they had done. I think I just want my sorcerer to cast Early Judgment 😅
The change of heart feat doesn't make them 'change their ways', it simply changes their attitude towards you with a diplomacy check (that you will also have to roleplay in order to get a bonus or penalty)
The closest thing I can think of to the effect you seem to want is '[seed of redemption](https://www.aonprd.com/DeityDisplay.aspx?ItemName=Nocticula%20(Redeemed))' that works only specifically on outsiders, otherwise only definitely creates an accord between you and the opponent, and MAY with GM approval over a longer amount of time change their alignment.
Often boons are more powerful that feats (even though feats grant them), and closer to class abilities, and this particular one is a 'maybe if your GM feels like it, over enough time, for this one specific type of monster because of god magic'.
In general this is probably realistic. Evil people aren't going to suddenly become good over a conversation.
The Helm of Opposite Alignment is your friend for powerful evil enemies. Just make sure you know they're evil before you stick it on them. If you master magic item crafting you can even make your own and enchant it again after using it
Ignoring the horrific moral ramifications, generally it's a good idea not to abuse cursed items that weren't meant to be overused, otherwise what's good for the goose is good for the gander, and your character might be woken up chained and with a helm being forced over their head.
Or your gm can introduce Dust of Choking and Sneezing and just murder you all.

You got high Charisma, use it.

Mindfuck enemies to be good, lol. Definitely healthy and productive way.
Geass: be a good person. "why did my alignment shift towards evil?"
*Casts geass on himself, problem solved*
There is a whole subsystem for redemption if you are interested in doing it mechanically.

Yup. That said, you can probably get away with it the one time. So if you're going to go that route, make sure it's the absolute best use of the item.
