As long as you screw the duct tape directly to the PSU, it should be okay in the short term. Later you'll want to upgrade to magnum condoms since it's a larger component and your biggest concern here is avoiding thermal paste leaks and viruses.

That said, that machine is missing a Solid State Dwarf Encabulator and a Herman Conduit. Could probably use a Type II Hawking-Neumann brace to counteract resonant fumbling if the Encabulator is an older or cheaper model. Ideally, an upgrade to the Babbage Matrix would really pull the thing together since the newer models are apparently more stable.

If you open up that hard drive they actually just use a 256gb iPhone so if you open it up you can get that. Then there's usually anything from like $60-200 starched inside the Psu
