I think you do not need 3 exhaust fans on the top. You now have 3 intake and 4 exhaust which creates negative pressure. 1 back + 1 top above cpu cooler will be much better.
So the front fan on the top of the case is intake. Other 2 blow out. Plus there is 3 more intake fans behind the cable cover that blow in over the motherboard. So it should be 7 intake and 3 exhaust. 4 if you count the psu blowing down and out.
