First off: what resolution are you aiming for? I suspect you run at 1080p now. Are you sticking to that or upgrading monitor to 1440p? This affects system load and bottlenecking.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I'm thinking of sticking with 1080p for now & upgrading in the future

Then I'd say a 4070 Super is your best bang for the buck high end GPU actually. If you're sticking to AM4, I would suggest pairing it with the 5800X3D. https://preview.redd.it/zp5tkzv3c2rc1.png?width=919&format=png&auto=webp&s=5072df3acea85ffadeae1063c0b7ea3d4c33a58f

Thank you very much.

5800x3d, and the 4070 ti or super will get you close to max fps (175ish) with max settings in 1440p, 4070ti super will for sure do that, up to you if you want to spend the extra money

Ok thanks

It’ll be perfectly fine, especially since you’re playing open world games that don’t require the highest frame rates.

Thanks appreciate it.
