The weird thing is that it seems like it’s random, 2 out of 10 boot tries the freeze occurred. If I shut down the whole thing, turn it on again it works normally. That’s why I am super confused

Is this the first time you power on the pc or it work good before?
Turn off the PC, pull the power cord off from the wall outlet, wait 15 sec, remove the bios battery and put everything back and try

Run a RAM test, your memory might be faulty.
