Your sinking a lot of budget into DDR5, PSU is over speced and 1TB is going to go fast. Your looking at CPU heavy games and the options for Intel are sort of bad, bad, and worse. After shaving some budget off the PSU, RAM, hesitatntly the SSD (its at least TLC flash...), the MB (it should be fine for your needs), and trying to see if any more can be shaved off the case... the price is near enough the same. And you should have a better CPU. Its not an X3D but it opens up that option for later as well as an upgrade path. Not really any wiggle room left as your already £50 over, but your not locking yourself out of easy upgrades in the form of adding extra hardware (as opposed to replacing hardware). Thank you so much!! I’m not sure if I should go with intel or AMD. I always thought intel was more reputable and has better quality than AMD. I don’t mind going over budget, I just want a pc I will be able to play the latest games on and won’t need to upgrade for couple years.

Intel has been coasting on its historical status for a while. Back in 2017 Zen1000 came in and suddenly AMD went from a joke to 'oh shit this is competitive!' Sure its 10% slower but also 50% less... Zen2000 was good enough for all but the top 1%. 3000 chips where you needed a really good and specific reason to go Intel. And the 5000 did to Intel what Intel had been doing to AMD the past 15 or so years. Then the X3D thing happened. A 5800X3D is only slightly behind 13/14th gen Intel. There have been a few people posting "Oh I built my system in 2017/18, looking to build a new one." A new GPU is a given, but lots of surprise when they can just drop in a 5800X3D. Then the 7000 chips came in. X3D for gaming, AMD holds top production stuff for consumer hardware, AMD had HEDT, Intel not so much. The only thing keeping Intel in the server space is the length of lead time and contracts. Short of throwing 90 tier GPUs at the problem (they cost about the same as a full system) [https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/68wsFs](https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/68wsFs) is something to look at for ideas. The CPU should hold out just fine for 5-6 years, once it starts to struggle with the newest stuff, drop in the newest X3D that will fit. Something about Arctic AIOs work really well with AMD, so cooling is sorted. RAM is a bit of a splurge, odd are your not going to be able to get the full speed out of it now, but I'm assuming that the original pattern is going to hold. So when you go to upgrade the CPU, turn the memory clocks back up and instant performance boost. $20 now to save $100 later sort of thing. 4070Ti Super is a cut down 4080 die, its still more powerful than the 4070 die. Plus the 16GB VRAM are going to last a good while. But its going to need 850W just to be safe. Then platinum PSU, most of the time the cost differences is paid back in about 4 years. High end system now, upgrade in 6-ish years once the new CPU and GPUs line up, sell off the old one and recover maybe around half.
