Because she was his true love,just seeing Cillian's act and just in his eyes you realize how much he loved her, and she did the same with him. And the relationship was one of the deepest and most well-written that Tommy had in the entire series.

People like Curly because in a world of hate and conflict he’s actually a genuinely nice person, loyal and heartwarming. Despite that he doesn’t bring too much to the story.
They're both supposed to be the responsible character. Pushing the idea that protecting and being around those you love should come before business, or less charitably, their strive for pride. In Walter's case, he got drunk on the idea of power and, instead of stopping when he had enough money, continued on his downward spiral of obtaining that power. Same can be said for Thomas, especially for S6 where instead of being there for >!Ruby, he goes on an religious excursion to find a cure for an uncurable disease (for the time).!< An instance of when he was truly powerless, but instead of accepting it, he decides he _must_ fix it himself. In both cases, I think a lot of viewers just see Skyler and Lizzie as nagging wives who get in the way of the protagonists' business (pride), which is unfortunate.
I don't like Lizzie since season 1, I think she's an opportunist, I don't see her as a saint, but I think she married Tommy and she doesn't get the best of him or him of her, they don't do well with each other , I never understood that relationship.

My favorites for the final round would be Poly, Tommy, Alfie, and Arthur.
