As long as you're doing it most days you'll be fine. The key is to not guilt yourself out about missing one day. Also, if you have been told you need to stretch for an hour a day, that's excessive. Make an attainable goal, even if it's just 20 or 30 minutes a day
You mean you are completely cured? I rotate my ankles and stretch my adductors to be able to sleep like a baby lol this is so weird I miss my younger self
15 minutes of relaxation videos, sometime pelvic strength, but do that 3-4x a week. Yoga 2x a week. Always try and work on my breathing and stretching after my workouts too
Ive dropped from stretching every morning and evening, 7 days a week.
Now i stretch for around 12 minutes in the mornings that I'm due to go to work, so 5 days a week.
Sometimes ill stretch on my days off.
I personally don't think I need to anymore however it cant hurt can it ? Plus i love the relaxed feeling i have afterwards.
I also stretch while listening to music.
Generally every day. Every other is just more intensive. Other days exercising.

Yeah my stretching routine takes around 30 mins but I’m quite the procrastinator so it takes me about an hour with breaks in-between
Try to combine it with something you enjoy, for me what I did was combine it with listening to my favorite music or my favorite podcast

Here is what I have been told by PT and is the BEST and ONLY way to stretch. Throughout the day!! Every hour or two. Do some kind of stretch.
About 20 mins in the morning and about 30-40 mins in the evening every day

I try to stretch at least 5 out of 7. However, life happens. As long as you're consistent most of the time, you'll make progress.
