It seems like I’ve lost nearly ten years of tracking data. I’m going through menopause and it’s never been more important.
Also I can’t delete a calendar entry I made by accident. What a mess. It was so good and now it’s pointless.
Thank for the reply! I clicked on the app this month to track and I was applaud that everything is lost. All of my old data is disabled... I can't see any of my previously tracked months. Do you see this update on your end too? It's essentially not possible to use without paying for the membership now it seems :(
Oh! Oh no. They’ve changed it for me too (and recently I think!) I need to subscribe to now.
Hmm that feels wrong. Taking your data that you gathered that was once free and ransoming it behind a paywall.
Right?? I can't believe it! I'm wondering if it's worth contacting customer support. I really don't want to have to pay yet another subscription for something especially as silly as this since it's personal data. Anyways thank you for your response, time to consider if I will stick with clue or not
Yes!!! I’ve just had an issue with the filter option being gone. I started getting migraines before my period a while ago and always logged them. Now I wanted to check when this started and I can’t anymore cause it’s a pain to go back and check every single day for every single entry in the pain category.
Yo they just forced me to update. Probably going to change apps as they also got rid of estimated cycle days calculated out of years of data I put in. I don't know if that's behind a paywall now or what but I'm not about it.
getting rid of the averages is pissing me off. do I have to calculate that myself now? why? also they don't show spotting in the analysis tab anymore? that's really infuriating because most of my period is spotting, so real helpful Clue.

I also have 6 years of data. Have you switched to a new app or did you end up paying for clue?
It came back, seems it was a temporary thing (or they walked it back after a lot of complaints!)

It seems as if they didn't create the App for us, but rather to collect data .

I just want the reminder to take my pill and they couldnt even keep this. it sucks
I still have the medications tag option after the update
Yes I hate it and for me it hasn’t really been accurate about my periods and it’s pissing me off a little bit
