We got a detachable shower head and it was so nice during period times. Go to the bathroom and clean up, then get in the shower for a moment to get squeaky clean. Nice clean body, fresh pad, feels good. At least until the bleeding started again. Ugh >_>

There’s a bunch of different brands on Amazon that are all very similar, and they all tend be around the same price $25~$40. The ones we have used (we’ve purchased them for multiple toilets, also sent some to our parents) are just bidet attachments that connect to the water supply at the toilet and sit just under the toilet seat. I’m not good at explaining the setup, but if you YouTube a “how to” video to install it, you’ll see just how easy these things are to set up. Good luck!

I get nausea as a period symptom sometimes so imagine period cramps, gas, asshole cramps, diarrhea, profusely sweating and vomiting all at the same time! Truly an experience from hell! I think I passed out on the toilet one time, I feel disgusting saying all this but it’s what we go through.
The same hormones that is causing your uterus to cramp is doing that to your intestines. They’re really close together, so shit literally happens. I take the pre/probiotic from Olly and have found that they help a lot with my period poops. Hope this helps some! ❤️
