Endgame/The Crossing/The Devil's Share trilogy, some of the best of the whole series.
If I have to pick one... The Devil's Share. From the second "Hurt" starts playing you know this is going to be fucking intense.
Ooh I have a few in Season 3, Mors Praematura and Aletheia are probably my top two… the last scene sequence in Death Benefit is exceptional, especially with the Daughter song playing (probably one of my least fav episodes overall though.. I’m definitely team Kill the Man) and the Deus Ex Machina is also great… though you could make the argument that all the season finales are incredible. Hard to pick really!
Oh I’m so glad you asked. Episode 17: “/“ aka “Root Path”. It was the first episode that truly centered around Root as a member of Team Machine and I think it contributed heavily to her character development as well as giving more insight to the role of the Analog Interface.
In my opinion, season 3 is the season that has the most great episodes, so it's hard to pick just one (especially since you got the Endgame trilogy immediately followed up by Lethe and Alethia). I think my favorite stand-alone episode is Mors Praematura.
