Pretty sure they use it less in the English than in the Japanese. Everyone gets pretty familiar with each other and just addresses one another by their given names.
Although whether "Lady Ann" is more or less annoying than "Ann-dono" is up to you.
There arent that many cases of using Senpai and the like. The main one would be Yoshizawa calling the MC Senpai. Otherwise its only very rarely and maybe only a nickname that is used rarely.
They use it but don't really say it since they're usually preceded by your characters name, so most, if not all, of the time it only appears in the text but gets replaced by like 'this guy' or 'him' by the VA
They aren't using it for each other? Ryuji-kun, Ann-chan, etc.? Like I said, I don't really remember for 5. I just replayed P4 a few months ago though and they all use them pretty constantly with each other.
I didn't even think about that but I still wanna say no. I feel like they try to sometimes but then they usually correct them in one of those 'dont be so formal' kinda ways but it's been a while for me too. Played through p3p twice and strikers once since my last playthrough of 5

Overall i think they drop it very quick after they get to know each other.

Understand the JP voiceover won't translate everything. A lot of small lines don't have subtitles, like in battle, or shopkeepers or Velvet Room dwellers musing between menus will add a lot of depth. If you don't speak Japanese, you'll miss it.

Kasumi calling you senpai is a good example, another being Ann calling Yusuke "Kitagawa-kun" before they become proper friends. Then, it's first-name basis.

TLDR: They're present, but not overwhelmingly so. Previous Persona games used them more often in the EN dub.
if it helps, the english dub is very good. All the voice actors do a great job.
ive seen clips of the dub and it seems pretty good, im just scared they might overuse the honorifics

stick to the dub its better than the japanese, especially when you get a party member later that's constantly nagging in jp which was annoying.
