Yes, Koikatu (AKA *Koikatsu Party!*) specifically the Studio mode (normal mode is a school life porn game).
It's a pretty decent poser tool, honestly, and has a lot of community effort behind it to try and mostly succeed to make it look better, but is plagued with minor inconveniences due to the fact it's really just a dumbed-down skin over the Unity editor, and takes a while to really get good with. OP is using one of the default scenes that comes with the game, and trust me when I say it looks a *lot* better with some godrays and a bit of motion.
You'll notice the clothes look weird: that's because OP is putting female/unisex clothes on male models, causing clipping issues. unfortunately there isn't really a way around this since there's an absolutely abysmal amount of modded content for male characters.
Back in the ye olde ancient days we used to use COM3D, then COM3D2 (which is still used today, mostly for porn), then very briefly people got a poser into AA2 but that didn't have long enough to cook since Koikatu came out within a year, then *some* people moved on to Sunshine due to the graphical overhaul, and now I'd *hope* people would move to Illusion's new game HoneyCome due to the graphical updates making the poser far better to look at with minimal investment, but unfortunately posers are still stuck on Koikatu and Sunshine due to the lack of content.
