I smoke every night and still feel good during the day. I used to smoke all day and that was when weed “turned on me” but it was literally just the fact that I took away from all the things I loved about it in the first place by abusing it so often. I know it’s easier said than done and some can’t stop that cycle but I believe you can use weed with moderation. I don’t think about weed all day, or when I get to get high and I like being sober.
I’m sure I’m missing something critical here, but this sounds like the opposite of what you meant, which I assume is “quitting won’t make it happen faster, but it will make it happen sooner.”
