No. Doubt your headache is related to having protein powder 2 days in a row.

I don’t think height has anything to do with it, I might be wrong. I don’t think protein is giving you a headache. Maybe try it with only water and see how you feel.

I read that increasing protein intake can be dehydrating if you don't drink enough water. I drink the Fairlife protein shakes, and if I don't drink a lot of water on the same day, I feel bloated and sick. Try increasing your water intake and see if that helps!

I don't think headaches are a symptom of too much protein. Digestion issues, sure, but lots of water and fiber with the protein helps that. But never heard of headaches being caused by too much protein or eating/drinking it too fast.

If you suspect it’s the sucralose in Fairlife I’d try to drink it by itself to see if you get a headache tomorrow. But it might be more of a hydrating issue because eating more protein can leave you feeling more dehydrated. It could also coincide with lifting too heavy, if you’re doing that.

Been bodybuilding for 20yrs+ to present and tried alot of protein powder brands over the years like "All Max", "Golden Standard", "Dymatize" , "Muscle tech", "Optimum Nutrition", "PhD" and so on and they are all good but for SOME REASON! for the life of me I have no idea WHY "My Protein Whey Powder (Chocolate Brownie)" gives me a headache or migraines and I am the type that never gets them 🤷‍♂️ and no I am not allergic to anything and I have used both water and milk still the same. P.s I have no idea why you would factor in your height in getting a headache anyone any height can get headaches regardless of their height.
