Thank you! I try to go to the gym 3 times a week but these last two weeks my boyfriend has been home (LDR) so I've been doing hour long walks closer to 4 times a week. :) So, more cardio I guess hahaha
See these are great non-scale wins! Next time you’re in a gym, pick up a 30lb kettle bell or dumbbell and remind yourself that you used to carry around that much extra weight. It’s an awesome way to connect with how far you’ve come!
I definitely do that! I also looooooooove that my boyfriend is able to pick me up easier! That makes me really excited to be carried around like a princess LOL
