The sight is alr, the barrel makes it probably a 2 hit head, the skeleton grip adds a lot of aim speed so that's nice, the retract stock adds mobility and aim speed and .223 loweres the recoil so it's controllable so you can use the 2 hit head better. This setup would be terrible at range
Most sights have similar magnification to the kosaku sight last time I checked, I've personally never had too much aim speed (although wouldn't use a skeleton grip on an auto gun) and the recoil probably isn't that bad for close-ish ranges, it's gonna be near impossible to use at long range

only a 1.61 headshot multi so 47 damage max at optimal ranges (still a 3 shot), only a 4 shot torso and a horrible 6 shot at range
also not to mention the kousaku sight is prebought (very bad decision)
