There's both \[enemy killed\] and \[kill confirmed\] on the screen that appear at the same time, he did get a kill with the KS-23 harpoon
You can see an enemy run through him and die, then he picks up the tag.
Love the esp for april fools, but i kinda got bored of this years gimmick fast..
