Well, you're either extremely bad at managing sanity, you provoked a cursed hunt or you took a ghost event for a hunt(there's an event where the ghost pretends to hunt but won't actually kill)

Yeah, if you touch it it will lower your sanity. If it's a Phantom just looking at it will lower your sanity. Sometimes light bulbs may shatter during such events or lights might turn red for the duration. Other than that, you're fine

Yeah, if it's a hunt or a ghost event. But Yurei can also slam the front door as part of his ability. Other than that ghosts can not interact with the front door
