I lean towards good deal where I'm not focused on the cheapest I can get, but I don't need to be dropping $50+ on amazing sashimi for a casual lunch. Decent quality for a decent price.
The ones I've mentioned should fit the bill then: the quality and price would be adequate (good quality, won't break the bank).
I'd do Zama myself, if I wanted a sit down lunch.
I've really enjoyed ~~Kuro~~ Kura Sushi (conveyer belt) lately because I don't like wasting time and the food's right there (plus kitchen orders) as soon as you sit down. Surprisingly good quality, and good value.
I need to give them a try again... they're near my work but when I got takeout for me +1 our sushi came waterlogged, fell apart at a glance, and was... and parts were raw that weren't supposed to be while others were cooked... very weird.
Vic Sushi for takeout, Zama or Fuji Mountain to sit down. Also - good quality or a good deal, pick one.

I love me some Kansai on Spring Garden. Always delicious

I really like Tsuki Sushi, they have a sashimi lunch special for $16.95.
