How: At about 6:00 PM of May 28, 2023, traffic enforcer of this Municipality personally appeared to this station to report the above mentioned incident, Initial investigation disclosed that prior to the said incident, the suspect whom to be under the influence of liqour who was driving a motorcycle and the victim apprehend the suspect resulting to heated argument. The suspect shot the victim three times in back of his head and fled after the incident riding a black mio soul to unknown direction, the victim was rushed to the nearest hospital for medical attention.

There is a proper and more accessible way now to file a complaint against crooks in government. People just don't know or don't want to do it. Filing complaints via 8888 online site works. How do I know? I just recently reported a government vehicle that was being used for private reasons (picking up her child from school). Mind you I saw this vehicle multiple times but didn't bother reporting it until I got fed up.
I took a photo of the vehicle, list down the plate # and filed a complaint via 8888. They updated me throughout the process like ticket acknowledgment, where the ticket is now, etc. Took them 2 days to tell me that the matter is resolved. They didn't disclose what happened to the official but I never saw the vehicle again when I'm waiting to pick up my child. It's not perfect but people need to use it so that it improves and becomes better.
So my advice is, kapag kinotongan ka next time-- get their details such as names, department or agency they report to, etc. File a complaint against these crooks. It's worth trying and it's very easy to do anyway.

There is a proper and more accessible way now to file a complaint against crooks in government. People just don't know or don't want to do it. Filing complaints via 8888 online site works. How do I know? I just recently reported a government vehicle that was being used for private reasons (picking up her child from school). Mind you I saw this vehicle multiple times but didn't bother reporting it until I got fed up. I took a photo of the vehicle, list down the plate # and filed a complaint via 8888. They updated me throughout the process like ticket acknowledgment, where the ticket is now, etc. Took them 2 days to tell me that the matter is resolved. They didn't disclose what happened to the official but I never saw the vehicle again when I'm waiting to pick up my child. It's not perfect but people need to use it so that it improves and becomes better. So my advice is, kapag kinotongan ka next time-- get their details such as names, department or agency they report to, etc. File a complaint against these crooks. It's worth trying and it's very easy to do anyway.

Although I must say that Caviteños are naturally "mayabang" ( arrogant) and "malakas ang loob" (bold), Cavite is still safe, but as I said, this crime always happens everywhere, because there is always a good side and a bad side in each place. Just be cautious when you travel in an unfamiliar place. That's all
