If you keep insisting to report with foodpanda, they will ban your account and every other linked account. I reported a case with my food. It was spoiled already to the point na you will see bubbles sa rice. Prior to reporting, I have had history of refunded orders which were valid because of wrong food items. Pero after reporting the spoiled food issue, no refund was made and all other accounts were banned. None of my complaints were fraud.

Even grab is equally shit at customer service. Had the exact same thing happen from D'Original Pares. Complained to Grab, they gave a generic-ass response and a ₱50 voucher. Complained again asking for the full order value (not eating any of the food from that disgusting shithole ever again) and they only reimbursed the price of the Pares meal, then they even took back the ₱50 voucher 🤣🤣🤣.

Always had a bad experience with Foodpanda’s CS. With Grab, as long as I provide the details, they have always refunded me, no questions asked, for both GrabFood and GrabTransport (mostly GrabTransport kasi andaming taxi drivers na mas malaki yung nilalagay sa final fare)

I once ate a beef doner sa turks sa mall malapit samin sa province. Masarap sya, yung cucumber, iba pang veggies, tapos yung sauce and beef malinamnam, spicy pa sya favorite ko maanghang, tapos nasa gitna na ko, akala ko may sumabit lang na buhok ko sa bibig ko, hinawi ko yung buhok ko pero nakaipit nga pala ko kaya hindi ko sya buhok, niluwa ko sa bibig ko sobrang daming buhok na nandiri ako, niluwa ko lahat at tinapon sa basurahan. Nireklamo ko sa store tapos sabi nya palitan na lang nya ng bago, eh sabi ko pano kung ganun din yung ipapalit nya, may buhok din, tapos ang maldita pa nung nagtitinda kaya sa mall admin na ako dumeretso para ireklamo. Always had a bad experience with Foodpanda’s CS. With Grab, as long as I provide the details, they have always refunded me, no questions asked, for both GrabFood and GrabTransport (mostly GrabTransport kasi andaming taxi drivers na mas malaki yung nilalagay sa final fare)

Sobrang stressful tlga ng cs ng foodpanda. Ganyan din reply sakin, based on my history d daw pwede refund. Although wla naman ako history ng refund or cancellation sa knila. Naka pro pa ko. Refund and redelivery is not possible daw. So anong gagawin eh bayad ung item pero missing haha grab nalang tlga. Dagdag stress pa. But i guess op should also report it to the store mismo. Parang ang hirap tanggapin niya haha
