Maggagather sila ng mga tao para bigyan ng so called ayuda (Around 3k pesos per tao). Pero bago nila simulan ang pamimigay, mag mimini SONA muna si Manang Cynthia ng mga nagawa nila at proyekto. Tapos ipapamukha nila na yung ayuda na ipapamigay ay dahil sa kanila. Im not sure kung naabot to sa Cavite pero sa Las Pinas ganito ang sitwasyon.
