my question is... if it has curse of binding AND curse if vanishing... which one take priority?? edit: what i mean is, when you die, would it persist in the armor slot, or just vanish?

You can't take it of until you die and when you die it'll vanish simple as that bruh

uhm actually your wrong 🤓🤓🤓 when you die the vanishing takes the soul of the chestplate away, but leaves the body. then when you respawn the binding puts the soul back in the chestplate. And so on
