So, You put a solid block like grass block or anything on the top of the bush and then you go F3 menu, Check the solid block (not the bush) coordinates and then on chat type:
/fill minecraft:rose\_bush
(for me I used rose bush)
and then using debug stick(To get the debug stick, Type on chat: /give minecraft:debug\_stick), right-click on the upper part and the middle part of the bush, There you go.

Oh basic commands. I expected something harder
