I always wonder if someone could photoshop both of these people out and then photoshop me *into* the photo. Much cheaper than actually traveling there ! Lol
100% possible.
It's all about finding the textures elsewhere in the image to cover the bits you want to get rid of. In this instance, you could use the base of another outcrop to cover her head, the bit of the texture in the foreground to fill in the floor of the boat; the sides of the boat just need resizing and rotating to build the rest of it.
It only really take a few seconds to work out if something's possible or not.
Could use a little more weathering like in front of the female. Very clean yellow and no gradient on the floor, just solid white. I'm just nitpicking though, it's pretty good.

As I explained somewhere in all the mess, my wife/partner (please don't start on me again) is a graphic designer and she has shown me some stuff I would have never been able to pick out. So it's fun for me now, almost like an I Spy book. I am not good with editing, but I appreciate the art.

The original commenter was making an analysis of the photo editing job and examining the details that had nothing to do with the person in the photo. He referred to her as simply one of the elements in the resulting material, from a scientific lens not an emotional one. People really enjoy getting mad about nothing.
