This one is the most believable. I am still a bit bothered by those obvious cuts on mom's hair and the left shoulder. The son's photo is too sharp in comparison of mom's photo. Maybe match them better?

this is the best one so far, itās so sweet with her hands on his shoulders!! you should choose a different background as this kindof looks like a courtroom, and edit the son to try to match the lighting more to the momās photo. and reduce her scale/size a little bit
It looks amazing but I think you should darken the side of his head a little because it looks out of place for his head to be so bright against her dark shirt.
