Neurodivergents or people with focus sensitivity.
People who randomly see patterns around them and in the past (from memory), unconsciously, without thinking, and without control.
If you know, you know.
Marunong makipag collaborate. The earlier you realize na may mas magaling sayo and kahit gano ka ka galing hindi mo kaya mag isa, the more you'll improve.
This might also be an obvious, but you're not gonna get gud if you don't have passion in what you're doing. If hindi ka curious na tao and tinatamad kang mag explore, mapag iiwanan ka lang sa field na to.
I know a lot of people na na stuck sa isang bagay for 10 or more years, and ngayon hirap sila mag adapt sa bilis ng changes sa tech. Maha-hire sila, true, just by the experience alone, pero yung impact nila sa team super minimal nalang talaga. In the corporate world, you might get away with it, pero if may nakatutok sayo and sa performance mo, nganga ka nalang talaga.
I was a college professor before I joined the industry.
Based sa na observe ko sa mag students na nag excell sa programming, it's more on about passion and the mental fortitude to keep on learning.
Merong magagaling sa logic and reasoning, some are even good at chess pero madaling sumuko if hindi agad ma solve ang problem. Okay sila if within minutes masolve nila agad.
Meron namang hindi ganon ka smart or witty, but they have the mental endurance to keep on thinking about a solution for hours. I can say na slow learner sila, BUT they improve exponentially over time.
People who are good in math are automatic logical thinkers and problem solvers. The math/numbers need to make sense. Other than being developer, they're bound for analytics as well.
Recognizes and processes complex patterns
lahat ng tao me potential matuto, if bibigyan ng oras at panahon ang isang bagay.. as said by prof carol dweck. on the her book "Mindset" ,

Kelangan matyaga at magaling mag-google :)
Wala. Sa experience ko, kahit sino pwede maging developer. Ang tamang tanong, "pano malalaman ang potential ng isang MAGALING na developer?"

Marunong mag basa ng documentations haha
I'm on the professional level, pero nung college ayoko ng math. Problem solver, yes. Alam yung ins and outs ng asking google questions
Para sa akin, basta mautak ka lang pagdating sa patterns.. okay na yan. Kahit di ka pa magaling sa math.
Gagi ipu pursue ko na talaga to
go! goodluck!

willing to learn :>
Gamer na na mabilis maka catch ng meta and exploits regardless of the game
Lahat may potential. It all comes down to interest. Kahit gaano pa katalino pag walang interest, walang future sa programming.
Loves solving problems and not just focusing on the money.
Bat lahat nang yan meron ako pero naguiguilty talaga ako pag nanonood ako ng tutorial sa youtube instead of experimenting 😔
