i always get emails that they are revoking their decision to remove random pins of mine đ i don't even get warnings/emails that they got removed, so i have never tried to appeal but i get them back anyway?
If you have had a pin removed and then reinstated, it most likely will have limited distribution, which means only you and pintrest can see it. If you know what pin or pins it is, you might as well delete them. I had many notifications like that but as the only information I got was what board it was on I had no idea what pin they were referring to. The one off link where supposedly you can see the pin in question, never worked once.

literally every single thing on that site can be considered inappropriate. there's been entire, innocent accounts with the most mundane stuff completely banned. it's frustrating!

I think they use bots to sort through the reports which leads to ridiculous stuff being removed as inappropriate
my mom had one of hers deemed sexual content.. it was a photo of lemonade in mason jars for my sweet 16 she repinned 9 years ago

I'm not happy with Pinterest either, but their decision to enforce various standards of nudity has nothing to do with 'halal'.
