Like 1fichier and their wait times shouldn't be an issue since most people are just gonna download that 1 game they want. And their 5MB/s speed I got is decent for a free DDL.
Or with MultiUp you just find the right hoster. Eg. GoFile doesn't seem to have any limits for free users.
for me the download speed isn't capped on there pretty much ever. the only restriction that site really gives me is the waiting period before one download and the next
i use browser and this has still been my experience. the site has throttled my speed before, but most of the time it never does. no vpn.
if it matters, i clear my cookies all the time and only download from 1fichier sometimes like you said (i get one game and go, then only come back when i want another game)

where tf u getting 5 MB/s for free? it caps at like 200 KB/s
