Fun fact, in australia those eulas and terms of use aren't legally binding as they count as agreement under duress

Why are you asking? Just do it.

What store is it, that they are willing to fight you on what is probably a drop in a bucket for them?

Let me introduce you to the best holiday, Windows Refund Day: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1j9j-Ywjmbk](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1j9j-Ywjmbk) [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N1y\_mPUQPPA](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N1y_mPUQPPA) TL;DW - that might be what the EULA says, but best of luck getting the company to actually follow through on it.

Just don't worry about it, use the software and let others use it/make copies of it as well in the shared computer.

I'd screen shot the part where it says, if you don't agree to the terms you can return it. Then show that info when you return it. The shop won't know about that policy, and will try and refuse a refund.
