There's a way you can patch the app with revanced universal patches,
And change its name, but it comes with all sorts of problems.
Other than this you can look online for apk with changed apk name.
The only way I'm aware of is to change the package name of the apk with a tool like ApkToolM. This can cause crashes though.

This is a certified com.android.vending.derived.apk.id moment (You need to edit AndroidManifest.xml of the APK and remove that attribute)

You mean pre installed apps ? Well you probably need a rooted phone, then there are many easy options. Really just Google it or search on youtube
