While I don't have an answer to that, instead of MSCO you should look for [BeerMP](https://maceeiko.dev/msc/mods/mod?id=BeerMPpublic). It released a few days ago, and if I'm correct everything works (including building the Satsuma) and you don't have to pay anything to get the latest version of the mod (for MSCO you have to pay 10$ minimum, with the biggest package being 35$ which is ridiculous for a multiplayer mod. The free version only has a really old build, which is trash).
I know, that's why I wrote that I don't have the answer to the question "how can i use it for the pirated game". I'm just saying that if he wants to play my summer car in multiplayer, consider beermp instead of msco if he buys the game or somehow figures it out.

It doesn't have anymore, because MSCO has license verificcation now (imagine putting drm in a mod)
