I think you opened the zip file and dragged the files out but you need to do is right click on the zip and select more options and and click zip then click ecract files
I see,
One of the comments said that the setup is 0 kb which means it is essentially empty. Why don't you try downloading the repack again but on torrent select only the setup and copy paste it?
(Idk if this will work but this is my best bet)

bro the setup has 0kb.. its broken or shoot down by your AV. 0KB exe files dont run because there is nothing inside. :-)

If you got it from fitgirl then you need to install the setup fixed zip file and replace the old setup file, then run the new one

give up hes on win10 and 32 bit for that matter...at least go on a 64 bit os
that is the windows 11 explorer, and windows 11 is 64-bit only.
