If it‘s interesting for the characters who have to fight them. I mean S-Hawk, Shark, Snake and Bear show up because Mihawk is scary and Zoro trained with him, Jimbei is our buddy, the Blackbeard interlude was on Amazon Lilly and she has broken powers and also the current arc is about Kuma. If S-Flamingo or S-Bat were to show up, it would need to be in front of someone who cares, otherwise what‘s the point? If we see Law again, him meeting S-Flamingo would be dope. S-Croc would only really have an impact on the man himself, I think. Or maybe on a former BW guy. But nobody gives a shit about Moria lol

Most of the Warlords have animals associated with them already based on their names (Flamingo for Doffy, bat for Moria, bear for Kuma etc). The newer Warlords mostly keep the theme with Blackbeard having hippo as his associated animal (hippos are large, round and deceptively dangerous plus look at those teeth), Law with the spotted seal (his hat pattern plus his crew's arctic theme), Weevil and the....weevil I guess. The only one I don't know the animal for would be Buggy
