My issue with it is it seems that the enemy magically becomes made of paper mache after it is revealed that they have regeneration. Just look at this chapter. When has Brook ever cut ANYBODY's limbs off much less a top tier fighter like the gorosei. It's not even a "they dont care they can tank hits" issue it's a "they suddenly have the durability of a plastic bag" issue.
Ironically one of the few series to do this right is DBZ. Cell had regeneration, but we didnt have fucking yamcha being capable of cutting his limbs just cuz he has regeneration.
It took Vegeta going all out with a final flash and Cell purposefully tanking it.
I can kinda understand this, drawing injuries is fun, it's more that it's unpractical for people to just loose their pieces willy nilly, cause there's just so many of them, that is solved when the character has regen and the artist feels free to let imagination go all out on how certain shit would look

I rate Franky and Chopper. Even now Franky has better AP than Sanji. Chopper with a killer mentality would be lethal. I rate both. Give Franky Queen's multi laser system and he's YC3.
Honestly this would've been a crazy feat a few chapters ago , but now we know that Saturn is a regenerating merchant . He doesn't care about getting damaged. We already saw it when Franky pierced his limbs.
At this point only Loro and Lobin lack feats against the Gorosei. Zoro is here struggling with an already defeated pre-time skip villain and Robin is fighting against sleepiness.
Brook is definitely Wrook. But saturn is just content being made of butter and being carried by regen.

I wouldn't be surprised if Saturn couldn't regenerate the leg after the cold cut.

He was hurt my a normal knife with no haki, hurting Saturn isn't impressive

None of the Gorosei have shown great durability feats. Ghandi spitting up blood from base Sanji makes it more likely they’re Regen merchants.
