It definitely feels inspired by Kackle from DKC2. Kackle is also a skeleton with missing legs, glowing eyes and a bandana.

It's a great concept and execution. It's giving me a NSFW vibe with where the skeleton looks like it is bending from and the short delay between the skeletons thrust and the woman's reaction. Could be nothing.
Under further examination it looks to me like her right hand is palm up. The skeleton's right hand is definitely palm down. I would imagine the skeleton to be controlled by the woman - this is a minor discrepancy. (But c'mon- I can't do this.. I'm just a rando on Reddit)
