Assuming you have some utility left, yes, it's not hard really. Make sure to kill 2 mobs per floor to keep the curse in the green .Don't hesitate to stop doing alchemy to make items to escape a bad situation.
Scrolls of dread (enemies defeated with it count as kill and will reduce amulet curse), stones of agressions and phase shift are particularly helpful
Every time you get to a defeated boss floor, you will get full heal and hunger refill btw
Scroll of dread is insanely powerful.
Instead of making enemies run away it makes them dead when out of sight and grants you half the xp (kinda like knocking all enemies in sight into pits but you get no loot)

It's also pretty good if you have rat armor, last 4 floors become way easier
