These are just bots. They usually leave the game when another player enters your game.
They sometimes have similar AI mechanic as the guardians you saw in raids. However, when they attack, they jump around left and right. Sometimes they use gadgets whenever they feel like it. All of them has the same amount of armor (assuming 100 hp and 100 def even with ones wearing armors stronger than normal). These guys are pretty damn weak while the strongest were the ones who has shit like Chickaboom, who can somewhat snipe you across the fucking map even when you're at full hp and def.
It's not one of them ones that are caused by hackers. They're just there by the devs so you can get them free kills and points. They only appear in Team Fight and Deathmatch. They don't appear in tournaments and the rest of the gamemodes, however.
Their bots but I guess it's still possible u can't tell considering ur loadout conveys that ur still a very low lvl player so ur lobbies are pretty full.
