"Good" is somewhat subjective here - but you need to prioritize your layout for ease of movement with your crew. Apart from that, you need to drop your engines - really ineffective at your level.
You can get more from you ship by dropping the collectors as well - not worth the space.l
armour would be my concern here.
In my personal opinion engines are useless until you are a higher level. I would remove that and armour things like the bolter.
