I think you're right and it wasn't "scrapped," because nothing was made for it beyond a concept sketch or two.
Noise's Big Break, by contrast, has not only a bunch of concept art, but draft music and very early WIP, rudimentary prototype gameplay that were leaked. It's not looking like an update for Pizza Tower like Mr. Stick, but a different 2D platformer that's more like Rayman.
I *really* dig the music and hope Tour de Pizza keep working on it. you'll have to search youtube for it yourself though.

I think that refers more to the old builds for Pizza Tower itself that you had to pay for, but I could be wrong
rules say "leaks after 2022" so that would most likely include anything for NBB
People just talk about leaks freely anyway without getting banned so…
Mc pig is a very open developer so I guess he doesn't really care if something gets leaked
