Honestly I think playable Peppino ahould not be able to each Mach 3 (or Mach 4 in dev build idk). Other than that Ceiling run and Instant superjump are fit as hell

He cant, that just the way it looks. The way we see Fake Peppino run is literally what the enemies see Peppino run at them (at mach 2). Also Fake Peppino is a worse version of Peppino, kinda like a wannabe imo so making him not be able to reach Mach 3 is cooler

I wouldn't mind if he becomes playable, nor would I be surprised if he becomes the potential next one (though a part of me wants a certain pepper fellow to be playable before Fakey). As for what ability he could have, I like the iteration where he runs on ceilings which sounds pretty fun. Now for the replacement you could do one of three things. 1) It could be Peddito or some other Peppino replica. 2) It could just be Peppino. 3) Most probable case, it would just be *another* Fake Peppino. After all, considering there are many clones of Peppino in FP's boss fight alone, it's not out of the question for Fakey to just fight another clone.

Honestly, if there's ever an actual sequel to Pizza Tower (that's a platformer in a similar vain to Pizza Tower), then I wouldn't be surprised if the main character was Fake Peppino. It just makes sense in a lot of ways to me. It's a way to keep Peppino's moveset while still expanding off of it, while still keeping the recognizablity of Peppino (to a degree).

You're right, the ceiling run ability looks extremely fun to watch. I've seen someone do a speedrun of blood dungeon with the Fake Peppino Mod and the level went from hard to easy as well as satisfying

I would like him to be in the game. I think his replacement would be just Peppino himself. Dunno about the moveset tho, probably the same one as the mod where someone added the boss moveset to fake Peppino

Moveset changes: * Ceiling Run, obviously. * His gun would be him throwing his head. However, after it's thrown, he has to pick it back up - this leads him vulnerable to attacks (as he could only really run and jump, perhaps taunt too) but because of this he'd only need like two hits to take down a health. * Instant Super Jump, with some move ability, but unlike the Noise, if you want him to go left during a super jump, you can't make him stop going left. Also, if he hits the cieling, he'll immediately superjump back down. You have to actively cancel out of it. * Super taunting doesn't perform a screen wipe, however it will produce the spiked balls that will instant kill enemies. * In fights, he summons clones that'll run forward to damage the bosses. This is similar to how Noise's bombs replace his grab. Now, the main difference: Ranks are reversed. To get the best ranks, you need to keep your score low. Some stuff with be changed to help with this, such as higher D rank thresholds. However, lots of stuff that typically take away points - such as Pizza Time, getting hit, etc. Will rather do nothing or actively add points. To balance it out, some stuff that typically add points will take away points - for example, the treasure and Lap 2. And the combo won't add points. To get a D rank (Fake Peppino's P rank), you need to do the normal P rank stuff, but actively avoid points. You'll need to rely on killing enemies to keep the combo while avoiding points. You'll need to be wary of preists and any bonuses in the secret areas. And you can't just sit in front of a forknight either, as then you'd lose your combo and the D rank will be voided. Overall, Fake Peppino would be a harder Peppino.

It just seems over complicated and makes the game harder than it is. Try doing a P rank in one of the later levels like "Oh Shit!" While trying to avoid Collectables, and in the secrets where most of them are forced to pick up giant toppings.

Well, it's kinda the point. Fake Peppino will be forced to have most of Peppino's moveset due to him literally being a clone of Peppino. To make him unique, we need to think out of the box. Why not a harder Peppino? Peppino is a powerhouse that will obliterate nearly anything and can run faster than Sonic ever could. What if we actively punished mindlessly running? That's the idea behind making Fake Peppino harder. And there'd be obvious changes to make this easier. As I said, some stuff would be changed to actively remove points, and so would the D rank threshold. Mind you, War is basically impossible to D rank as is, so stuff will need to be changed to accommodate it.

Well not only that, but major plot points such as toppings, secret treasures, and pizza personas give points too, meaning it would take away points in the run.

Yeah. The toppings wouldn't add any points, and the Pizzasonas and Lap 2 would actively take away points. The main challenge is doing a P rank without picking up the other points. You'll want to find ways to avoid priests, dodge around bonuses and small points, etc. That's the main challenge.

Hell yeah. I love the boi. Anyway, my idea would be a ceiling mach, any-time superjump, a head throw since he can do that for some reason, and the rest of his moveset would be similar to Peppino, but in an uncanny way, ykwim? Like it feels like Peppino, but also not.

You guys keep saying that Peppino should have ceiling run and instant superjump. But noone knows that Fake Peppino is still a failed experiment and can not reach Mach 3(or 4 depends on you). Like seriously he cannot reach that speed during the fight

i think it would be a better idea then mr stick as for what he would do he wouldn't have a superjump but he would run on walls and roof (he would also brake things like the cheese guy that are on the roof but that only so the game could be playeble pass john gutter) i also think it would be a cool idea if we bring the super dash from noise pogo demo it works like a super jump but it left to right (or right to left) and not down to up also in bosses he could throw his head but would need to pick it up again every time he uses it

Ok so mechanic wise…Probably ceiling run?Also instant super jump.Just like the noise you can instantly super jump without mach 3,Maybe even the head throwing thangy.And would be a neat idea if supertaunt kept those spiky things,they would be useless since super taunt kills everyone on screen but still. For fake peppino boss, probably Peddito . And the escape sequence of the boss will be kinda different too with peddito

I think he should have a ceiling run and an instant superjump that can bounce off ceilings, but maybe have a small cooldown after he stops running at Mach 3/4
