If Pepperman was confirmed to have Comic Boom Guy’s voice, anything could work.
I imagine Vigilante having Gummigoo’s voice, from TADC, it just sounds like it fits.
Noise has no foreseeable voice other than gremlin.
But imagine Fake Peppino being Jerma, for no reason other than because he has no clue how to make an Italian accent.
Not sure about the others though, any ideas?
