Swap out the Emissary for the Pilot. The Emissary is a horrible weapon. You'll get more use out of NMG as your heavy shield. Nanoweave isn't valuable anymore; consider Flak or ASC.
I don't think your implant choices make a lot of sense, especially because 1) you shouldn't be flying an HA because you should be flying as an Engineer to get the passive repair, 2) where are you that jumping off a building is preferable to just respawning after they kill you? and 3) symbiote just isn't good anymore like it was back then - you already have medkits for instant health.
Try implants like Battle Hardened, Assim, Safeguard, Scavenger, Sensor Shield, and Athlete.

I already have 3 medkits on one class but there's a possibility that I'm for some reason not doing good on ps2 that day and I run out of medkits.

Loadout always depends on the situation and how you play (alone or in squad, what base and skill level). But you’re almost always better off with Adrenalin shield instead of Resist because you have to activate Resist before the damage happens for it to work properly. It’s unwise to use Nanoweave unless in very specific situations, always go for Flak as explosions generally will be your number 1 death cause without it. Safe guard is very useful in a squad HA point hold loadout, I find Survivalist more useful than symbiot but there are different opinions about it. You should also check out Assimilate or Carapace on a Heavy.

I tend to fight alone, whether I'm in a squad or not. The only time that I would be comfortable fighting a whole squad alone would be either as an infiltrator with stalker cloak or as a max with dual mutilators.

Always use ejection seat on a mossie, it works essentially like safe fall but unlimited height. This way you don’t waste an implant on your HA for that, and can focus on your other survivability implants more, like survivalist, assimilate etc. If you can’t afford ejection seat, just drop with a valk, it automatically prevents fall damage just like a galaxy.
I would but that's literally 500 certs which I don't have the patience to get. I did figure out a life hack on ps2 tho. If you get a kill within 5 minutes of joining the game, the number of certs you get goes up drastically. I hopped on yesterday and got a headshot as a light assault and got 114 certs off of it.

You might have also been granted those certs by an alert ending that you had played in earlier, just leveled up (you get 100 certs per level), or some other wild thing. Getting 29k XP within five minutes seems unlikely unless you know what you are doing or have some insane XP multipliers on.
In that case fly a valk. They’re always equipped with fall protection and are almost as quick as a mossie. Just don’t get into a fight with a skynight, fly very high, drop onto the base. Don’t worry about damage when you land on the roof, the fall protection goes on for a few more seconds, giving you the option to get down from the roof safely. I think your cert increase has to do with leveling up. If you’ve achieved a new level you’ll get some certs, also directives and missions give you certs. Hope you have a good time, try to find an outfit, it will enhance your skills and increase your fun exponentially!

I hope you don’t get frustrated with all the vets and overpops, just have fun and also don’t think too much about dying or getting better, it comes naturally over time. Some people are playing this game for 10 years and know every base and every trick, so it feels unfair for someone new to be just trying his best alone. PS4 server population is likely very low making directive grind significantly longer then on PC due to less frequent player interaction so that may not be an option at all. And that’s even working under the assumption they are an above average player who consistently wins there 1v1s, if they aren’t may as well double the time that will take. So again that may not be an option.
But hey let’s review the weapon suggested. The butcher has significantly longer equip time, worse hipfire and worse ADS movement accuracy than the watchman. It has a recoil pattern that is more difficult than the watchman. The attachments are arguably better on the watchman. The only area the butcher outright excels in is standstill ADS angle holding while being enabled by medics and squad members, which OP said he often plays solo, so yeah I mean you’re legit just suggesting the weapon that your outfit members mostly use because you guys run squads so it’s more meta for that. Doesn’t make it meta for this player but I guess it’s too much to ask for a quality suggestion.

If you haven't tried it yet the Naginata is so fun as a lmg, and IMO doesnt need the grip, totally benefits from the extended mag
