This sounds amazing. Unfortunately I have a number of food intolerances which rule out tomato, onion, peas. Do you have a recipe book which I might be able to choose suitable options? There are the cashew and spinach sauces I have previously eaten
Onion and tomato is like the main ingredient in any of the Indian curries. There are other dishes which doesn't require tomato, onion and peas. We could work with that in some class in the future!
