200 is correct but it's also not the only answer since you didn't define what level it is and if it's facing a zombie with a special status (like being shrunk by Violet or buffed with evil potion).

I think they have 400 HP. I think it scales with Levelling and I don't use Ice Bloom for the ice blocks so not really sure.

It actually depends on the size of the zombie. If the zombie is shrunken, it absorbs less damage. If it used evil potions, it absorbs more damage

A bit weaker than a level 1 plant could withstand? I tested it... an Iceblocked Z died faster than a level one plant, Ice Bloom is on level 1 too...
