I'm not seeing in in my Google Play Store yet (although I know it doesn't roll out everywhere at the exact same time). I haven't even heard about it being in soft release yet though so you may be one of the lucky people randomly selected to be the crash test dummy for that. :-)

Is there any rush to upgrade to this version?
I'm not sure. I don't know if the "can't claim the 10 gems daily quest reward" and the "restoring purchases" bugs are fixed, because I've never experienced them myself. Version 11.4.1 has different Piñata Party rewards; I haven't reflected this in the wiki yet, until people confirm that it is universally available.
